Cultural and Community programs coupled with strong Community connections are an important part of our organization. The Treaty Three Police Service continues to evolve and remains focused on addressing what is most important to our Communities. To achieve growth we have to remain continually connected with our past while working with the Leaders of our Communities, our Police Service Board, our Citizens and our Officers to address current issues with a forward thinking - strategic focus. Our achievements are measured through accountability, transparency, governance and communication with our Citizens, our funding partners and partner policing agencies. Our final story of National Recovery Month.

This week, Autumn shares a deeply personal story of loss, substance use and finding a way forward.

After losing her mother to substance use, Autumn found herself struggling with substance use as she navigated her grief. Her journey eventually led her to seek help at Morningstar Detoxification Centre and Mino Ayaa Ta Win Healing Centre.

Her story reminds us that even through profound loss, healing is possible, and reaching out for support can be the beginning of a new path.

Thank you to Autumn for having the courage to share her story, and to the organizations that supported her journey.

Five people. Five journeys. Five reasons to believe in recovery.

As we close out National Recovery Month, we hope these stories have reminded our communities that no one is alone, help is available, and change is possible. ^RF

💙 Community Connections

Cadet Hailey Bombay recently attended Naicatchewenin Community Day to represent Treaty Three Police Service and connect with community members.

Standing proudly beside her is her grandfather, Elder, Councillor, and retired T3PS member Dennis Smith.

It was a special moment to see two generations connected through community and service. Miigwech to Hailey for representing T3PS, and to Dennis for his many years of service to our communities.
