A place to begin. HART Connect is the central access point for HART Hub services and the evolution of the Integrated Care Hub, located at 661 Montreal Street, Kingston.
Providing 24/7, low-barrier access, HART Connect continues to offer drop-in services through the Access and Support Centre, including meals, showers, washroom access, and group programming.
