🎉 KUDOS TO HOLLY! 💕
We’re taking a moment to celebrate one of our own.

If you know her, you know that when she sets a goal, she puts her whole heart into it. Over the past year, she has dedicated countless hours to training - challenging herself physically and mentally as she works toward the next chapter of her Taekwon-Do journey. 🥋🖤

This past July, Holly competed right here in Lethbridge at the 2026 UTTC Taekwon-Do World Cup, bringing home gold in patterns and bronze in point sparring! 🥇🥉
Now, she’s taking another step in that journey, heading to Benidorm, Spain, to compete in the ITF Taekwondo-Do World Cup Championships! 🇨🇦✈️🇪🇸

What makes Holly’s journey so incredible is the work happening behind the scenes … the hours of practice, early mornings and late nights, tough training sessions, and continually challenging herself to grow. That same dedication, positive attitude and perseverance are qualities we are lucky to see every day at Career Transitions.

Holly is a valuable member of our team, and we couldn’t be prouder to have one of our own representing Canada on the world stage!

Holly, trust your training, enjoy every moment of this incredible experience and know that your Career Transitions team will be cheering you on from home!

🌟 Go Holly! Go Canada! 🇨🇦🥋❤️

From a simple “sure, I’ll try it” at our SW Regional Skills Canada Competition to the world stage! 🌎🏆

We’ve had the absolute privilege of watching Chinook High School’s Tate McGarry take this journey from his very first SW Regional Competition, hosted by Career Transitions, in partnership with Lethbridge Polytechnic, all the way to Team Canada!

Through the Registered Apprenticeship Program, SAIT and the Skills Canada pathway, Tate has worked hard, sharpened his skills, grown his confidence, and found something he’s truly passionate about … And now … Shanghai! ✈️

Tate will represent Team CANADA in Cabinet Making after earning gold at every level along the way. 🥇

We couldn’t be prouder of you, Tate. Not just for what you’ve accomplished, but for the person you are and the way you’ve embraced every opportunity put in front of you.

From that first “sure, I’ll try it” to representing Canada on the world stage ~ what an incredible journey it has been to watch.

The whole Career Transitions team is cheering you on! ❤️Southwest Alberta is behind you!
