London Block Parent Program is committed to helping grow safe and healthy communities. Officer Owl, our mascot, also makes appearances at community events.

London Block Parent has evolved from its strong residential “signs in windows” program to also be championing Walking School Buses, with our Block Walker volunteers helping children get to school in a safe, active and environmentally friendly way. We deliver Safety Education presentations for community groups and in schools that include everything from wearing a helmet to internet safety.
