Young London Mentor Board Member Opportunity!!!
We’re not building a typical board - and we are not looking for typical board members.
At Young London, we’re creating space for young people to lead, to question, and to reimagine how our city can work better for the next generation. Our board reflects that spirit: curious, collaborative, a little radical, and not afraid to shake things up.
We are currently looking for experienced, down-to-earth leaders who want to mentor, coach, and champion our emerging board as we step into a bold new chapter. If you’re energized by supporting young changemakers, open to new ways of doing things, and eager to leave the world better for the next generations - this might be the perfect fit.

That’s why, with the support of the London Food Bank and the Sisters of St. Joseph, we are working with local youth to find solutions.

The City of London, Ontario - Municipal Government launched a Stop Tolerhating campaign six months ago to raise awareness about hate and discrimination in London, promote allyship and equip bystanders with actionable tools to combat hate, and highlight available supports for equity-denied groups. I have been a part of the Advisory Committee that supported the development and implementation of this initiative. As part of their ongoing engagement, the City is gathering feedback to assess the campaign’s impact and identify areas for improvement.
The city has engaged Nicole Kaniki from www.senomisolutions.com to lead this evaluation and she would like to invite our city youth to participate in a 45-minute Focus Group.
By participating in this focus group, you will be able to provide valuable feedback to help the city understand how the campaign is resonating and where it can improve.
If you are willing to participate in this youth-based Focus Group, please register at: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/Whehty34Ty2Mrz9nDdpPXw #/registration
Any is welcome to share their feedback of the campaign at: https://corexmsn55528w363djn.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3UVPeHotLsEu18O
