Thursday May 1 - 5-7 at Sir Arthur Currie Public school (2435 buroak dr)

Saturday May 3 - 10-5pm at HC gardens (4836 egremont dr Strathroy)

And of course you can always enjoy meat kandy at the market every Saturday and Sunday from 9-5pm at 1712 Dundas st east just inside the rear entrance doors by the red and yellow picnic tables !

Tickets are officially on sale now for our second last bbq class of 2025 being held June 22nd here in London.

$150 per person or $250 for a pair of tickets. We are together from 12-5 and I will teach all about backyard and competition level cooking of briskets ribs chicken and pork butts (pulled pork) and we eat like champions at the half way point.

We cover all subjects from starting the fires, to rubs vs seasonings, injections or not, fat side up or down, what temps to use for what meats, wrapping methods and what does finished bbq look like and the importance of the rest at the end of every cook.

Ribs and pork tenderloins should be done around 12:30-1pm

The brisket and beef cheek and pulled pork is ready now !

Come in for a $50 bbq platter that will leave you needing stretchy pants for the meat coma !

Sunday April 27th back to riverside and wonderland 12-5pm and you can also catch us every Saturday and Sunday at the meat kandy at the market permanent location located in the rear entrance of the 9-5pm only open on weekends at the market !

It’s official just got confirmation meatheads bbq team is competing Canada Day weekend in Winnipeg !

Huge thank you to everyone who attended our bbq class today. Based on the feedback sheets everyone had a blast and really enjoyed their lunch of brisket, ribs, pork and chicken and pork belly brisket !

This is now my 8th sell out class which means I’m doing something right eh !
