At LCPS we:
-show respect to ourselves, authority figures and others in our school and community and for school property and the belongings of others.
-strive to do our best in learning and school spirit activities. We follow the instructions of all staff, participate actively, and complete assignments to the best of our abilities.
-help create a safe school environment that is free from harassment, abuse, bullying, violence, fear, discrimination, drugs, tobacco/alcohol. We work and play cooperatively with others.
-follow the board/school/classroom rules and routines and are responsible for our own behaviour, consistently following the Code of Conduct, the Dress Code and other Board policies. We come to school on time and on a regular basis.
-make every effort to demonstrate the attributes of good character. There attributes include respect, honesty, responsibility, trust, teamwork, self-discipline, commitment, caring, integrity and dependability.
