On October 23 & 24, the Macdonald Museum will once again transform into a Haunted House! This year’s theme is House of Nightmares - behind every door, a new nightmare. Filled with eerie surprises, creepy characters and spine-tingling scares around every corner. 😱

⏰ 6:30–8:30 p.m.
📍 Macdonald Museum, 21 School Street
🎟️ $5 per person or $15 for a group of 4 — cash only

There is no age requirement to enter, but parents and guardians are asked to use their discretion — this haunted house is designed to scare! 👀

Gather your bravest friends and see if you can make it through… 🕷️🦇

The Town of Middleton wishes to advise residents that water bills have been sent out. Payment is due on or before November 20, 2026.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their water bill is paid by the due date, regardless of whether a bill has been received.

Payment Options:

In person: Cash, cheque, or debit.

Online: Visit https://www.discovermiddleton.ca/online-payments for information on making online payments.

📧 Interested in electronic billing? Water utility customers who would prefer to receive their water bills electronically can request to be set up for e-billing by emailing [email protected].

NOTICE: NEW 3-WAY STOP INSTALLED

The Town of Middleton would like to advise residents and motorists that the new 3-way stop at the intersection of School Street and North Street has officially been installed.

How does a 3-way stop work?

All vehicles approaching the intersection from any of the three directions must come to a complete stop before proceeding.

🔴The first vehicle to arrive at the intersection has the right-of-way.

🔴If two vehicles arrive at the same time, the vehicle on the right generally has the right-of-way.

Temporary signage has been installed to alert motorists to the new traffic pattern. If you're unsure of the location of the 3-way stop, please refer to the map attached to this post.

⚠️ Please use extra caution when travelling through this area, pay close attention to the new stop signs, and remember to come to a complete stop.

Grab your broomsticks and join us for a Witch Walk through Middleton on Saturday, October 24 at 4:00 pm! 🧹🎃

Dress in your witchiest attire and gather at the Macdonald Museum, 21 School Street, where the walk will begin and end. All witches and warlocks are welcome to join in the spooky fun!
