As polls open on this federal election day, NDP Concordia invites everyone, no matter the affiliation, to get out the vote today! As young people, we have an important (and infrequent) opportunity to have a say in where we go as a country; it it thus crucial for you to do your part at the ballot box.

Volunteers are needed across local campaigns! Please be in touch and we will try to get you in contact with campaigns that need extra help at any given moment. Newly nominated candidates such as Andrea Clark (Outremont) and Franklin Gertler (NDG-Westmount) are in need of volunteers as their signs are delivered in the coming days.

White supremacy and all other forms of bigotry have no place in our society and need to be eliminated immediately.

We at NDP Concordia are absolutely horrified and sickened by the violent terrorist attack that occurred against Muslims in New Zealand. Every human being has the right to pray and worship in peace, regardless of their faith and deserves to feel safe doing so. We wish the families impacted our deepest condolences.

Congratulations to Jagmeet Singh and his historic by-election win! We at NDP Concordia are beyond excited to see him take his seat and hold the government to account. We can't wait to work with him during the federal election!

We would also like to thank Julia Sanchez pour Outremont and Jessa McLean for their hard fought campaigns and hope to see them continue fighting for a more equitable society.
