Last Wednesday, the International Relations Society had the pleasure of hosting its very first Coffee with a Diplomat βοΈπ, this time focusing on Women in Politics π©βπΌβ¨
We were honoured to welcome Annelie Justiniano de Moya and Tania Lara, who shared their experiences, not only in diplomacy and international affairs, but also what it's like to work in these spaces as women. A key message from the discussion was the importance of being comfortable with oneself, and having the confidence to do things alone.
A big thank you to all the students who joined us and contributed to such a welcoming atmosphere. And of course, thank you to our incredible guests for taking the time to connect with our community, it was a privilege to learn from you.
