NAMHR Conference: Indigenous Mental Health Research in Canada:
Past, Present, Future, August 8-9, 2024

Please join us for this conference to celebrate 25 years of the Network Aboriginal Mental Health Research (NAMHR) and its impact on research, education, and training. We will reflect on the past and look toward the future of Indigenous mental health research in Canada and internationally. The meeting will include paper presentations, panel discussions, and posters
on the history of Indigenous mental health research in Canada, contemporary research initiatives, and visions for the future. Presentations will identify critical conceptual, ethical and methodological issues, challenges and opportunities for addressing disparities, capacity building, and supporting the next generation of scholars.

The Conferences is cosponsored by NAMHR, NEIHR Ontario, the McGill Division of Social & Transcultural Psychiatry, and the RQSHA.
