Our friends had a great time at Sunnydale Stables painting their favorite horses during horse therapy. Everyone had a great time, especially the horses, being decorated in animal safe paint of course;)

Over the summer, youth participating in the Community Transitions Program took part in a variety of activities designed to help them explore their community, develop new skills, and most importantly, have fun!
One of these activities focused on creating works of art from clay. Participants attended classes throughout the summer, transforming a simple ball of clay and a few basic instructions into unique creations that were painted and prepared for display.
On Oct 21, 2026, we celebrated these artistic achievements through an exhibit called "Clay-Tastic," which will be on display at the Community Living North Bay main office.
A special thank you to John Marcil and Outside the Box, for creating the beautiful shadow box that showcases the artwork. His contribution helped make this display a memorable celebration of the youth's creativity and hard work.

Au cours de l’été, les jeunes participant du Programme de transition communautaire ont pris part à une variété d’activités conçues pour les aider à découvrir leur communauté, à développer de nouvelles compétences et, surtout, à s’amuser!
L’une de ces activités portait sur la création d’œuvres d’art en argile. Les participants ont suivi quatre ateliers tout au long de l’été, transformant une simple boule d’argile et quelques consignes de base en créations uniques qui ont ensuite été peintes et préparées pour être exposées.
Le 21 octobre, nous avons célébré ces réalisations artistiques dans le cadre d’une exposition intitulée « Clay-Tastic », qui sera fièrement exposé au bureau principal de Community Living North Bay.
Un merci tout spécial à John Marcil et Outside the Box pour la création de la magnifique vitrine qui met en valeur les œuvres d’art. Sa contribution a permis de faire de cette exposition une célébration mémorable de la créativité et du travail acharné des jeunes.

A great time was had by all our friends during our tour of the North Bay Fire Service's Station 3. Our friends were given a tour of the station, equipment and vehicles used to battle fires and keep our community safe. A huge thank you goes out to all the Firefighters and staff who took the time to educate and inform the group. A bunch of our friends enjoyed a beautiful day riding the Heritage Railway and Carousel Company together at the North Bay Waterfront. A special thank you to all the great volunteers who made this day special for us all.

Our friends were ready for a peaceful and memorable afternoon at Sunnydale Stables for our Horse Therapy event! Everyone had a wonderful time grooming, petting, and walking the gentle horses. There were plenty of smiles as we connected with the animals, spent time outdoors, and experienced the joy that only horses can bring.
