Our next parenting workshop will happen on May 16 from 1:15-2:45 pm in our office! These workshops are full of valuable advice and insight! 🙋🏽‍♂️We are kicking off our Men’s Empowerment Series, starting on Saturday, May 30! join us for an uplifting and encouraging conversation. Topics will range. A local community group, Guru Nanak Free Kitchen Calgary, is giving away 80,000 pounds of free potatoes this Saturday at the McKnight CTrain Station starting at 1 p.m. It’s first come, first served, and they’re asking people to bring their own bags since the potatoes are being handed out loose.

👉 Bring your own bag, while supplies last

They’re also looking for about 30 volunteers to help distribute everything, so if you’ve ever wanted to be part of Calgary’s largest unofficial potato operation, this is your moment.

This weekend, our founder and a few of our managers went to “Sikh Heritage Month & Vaisakhi Celebration” organized by Dashmesh Culture Centre. The Premiere was also in attendance. It’s so wonderful to see our city come together for these important celebrations and milestones!
