Hello everyone! Great to see the sunshining.
I am writing to let you know that I have stepped back from all duties at the church and will no longer be in charge of the Orleans Community Little Free Library and Pantry.
I did top it up this morning, but until Redeemer can find my replacement, I am counting on this great community to take charge in supporting Orleans.
Please, just a reminder, do not put "fresh" stuff in, outdated or opened items.
Thank you for the last 4 years and I pray a blessing on all of you!
Because I will no longer be administrator to this page, I am not sure I will be able to see any comments from you. Just know that I appreciate all of you who have encouraged me these last years.

When I was at the pantry yesterday, I noticed the eye hook was missing on the door. When I went this morning it was fixed! I don't know who did it but I really appreciate the little fairy who did. I expected to see the door elsewhere with the storm we had!

Good sunny morning! I topped up the pantry this morning for you. I found all kinds of clothing and "junk" in there, PLEASE do not put anything in there besides food ( and check the dates) or books on the library side. We are not a drop off and it looks bad.

Our food drive has gone very well and tomorrow is the last day. Hoping to have enough to get through summer.
Hello to you all! I sorted the library side today and added a few French books and a few kids books as well. Not too much in the pantry side, waiting for our Easter food drive next weekend.
If you'd like to participate in this, bring your donation to the church Monday to Thursday 9-12. You are also invited to our church services that weekend. Friday at 10 am and Sunday at 10 am.

Good day! Hope you're all doing well. Checking on the pantry today there was something in there that is "not allowed" homemade stock, already melted. I would appreciate that nothing "homemade" be put in there, along with outdated items or open items.
I did put some canned goods in there as well.
Other than that, have yourselves a terrific week!
UPDATE: The lady's potluck is cancelled for tomorrow due to the weather system coming through tonight/tomorrow. It has been rescheduled for April 5th. Sorry if you planned on attending.
I was able to put up another ALPHA poster for you. There's also an invitation for ladies to join their potluck this Saturday morning. I'm unsure of the details, but you can call the office for more information.
Be VERY CAREFUL around the pantry. With the temperatures fluctuating it is very slippery. Even areas of the sidewalk is not so great.
Good afternoon! I plan on being at the Orléans Community Little Free Library and Pantry Wednesday to tidy it up for you.
I noticed my poster for our upcoming ALPHA course has disappeared, I am hoping to have another
copy to put back up. If you've ever wondered what we believe, this course might be able to answer your questions. It's on Tuesday nights from 6:30-9:00 pm . A meal will be served. Please register at redeemeralliance.ca or call the office at 613-837-9953. Starts March 18 and ends in May.
