On February 19th, the CORE held an online side session on the topic of Remediating Child Labour Risks and Impacts beyond Tier One in the Garment Sector at the 2024 OECD Forum on Due Diligence in the Garment and Footwear Sector. The Centre for Child Rights and Business, International Labour Organization and GoodWeave International joined the CORE in discussing the remediation and the prevention of child labour within the supply chains in Canadian garment companies working outside of Canada.
