The ugly building at 55 Old Sunset Boulevard. Ottawa, known locally as “the warehouse”, “the vomit”, or “the parasite” is a monstrosity, and an assault on the commissioner park, and the scene of the annual Ottawa tulip festival.

The builder who is apparently a condominium developer with deep connections has skirted few bylaws, cut few tree, protruding the park, coming in front of other buildings, seizing the park aerial space, and overwhelming the visual scene. Most likely his intention was to showcase his works, and also create an image of power and influence for his business. As such, it should not have been allowed in a residential area.

The ultra open architecture suits an exhibionist mindset perfect for a vacuous soul who has no respect whatsoever for the public sphere.
If the residents do not resist these money worshipping creatures, and their parasitic creations, soon a beautiful city of actual houses can turn to horrid scene of unsightly warehouses, losing its architectural identity. Other rich cocksuckers with no taste or personality or conscious are raising similar warehouse-like vomitus buildings alongside the Riduea canal and in other beautiful residential areas.
