I was in a car accident early February and got a case of whiplash. This week was the first time I was able to carry groceries home (10-15 blocks). I haven't been able to swing my dolls around, nor help parents. I am not sure when I'll be teaching again, but fingers crossed!

We are excited to be partnering with the Ottawa-Rape-Crisis-Centre to offer monthly drop-in group sessions (2nd Monday of the month) for survivors during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. The group is open to all survivors who are pregnant, have given birth or considering getting pregnant.
