A new mixed-use, mixed-income housing project is planned for 1245 Kilborn Place in Alta Vista.

🚇Reminder: Full Line 1 capacity will return, on June 8.
This means:
✅ Double-car trains will run on Line 1 on weekdays.
✅ 5 minutes service frequency during peak periods.

Earlier today, we recognized the Ottawa Paramedic Service - Service paramédic d'Ottawa Communications Centre for attaining the Accredited Centre of Excellence designation.
This designation is awarded to emergency communications centres around the world that achieve the highest level of triage and dispatching, quality assurance and clinical care.
The high standards of our communication centre is one of many milestones and achievements over recent years that helped reduce the instances of Level Zero.

Every Sunday in June, firefighters will be visiting homes around the city as part of their spring Wake Up! program.
They will offer to check your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to ensure they are in working order and share information about home escape planning and fire safety.
