Punches 4 Plates is more than just a boxing event. It’s a community coming together to support the Ottawa Food Bank and help fight food insecurity in our city.
After 17 weeks of intense training, fighters are stepping into the ring not only for personal achievement, but to make a real impact for our community.

Punches 4 Plates est bien plus qu’un événement de boxe. C’est une communauté qui se rassemble pour soutenir la Banque d’alimentation d’Ottawa et aider à lutter contre l’insécurité alimentaire dans notre ville.

Yves lived a life of rooted in simplicity, generosity, and helping others.
He invested his money and chose to live modestly. He valued simplicity, lifelong friendships, and helping others through mentorship and shared wisdom.
After retiring, Yves decided to direct his life savings toward charitable causes.
Through his gift, Yves continues to support individuals and communities in Ottawa. We are deeply touched by his gift💗

It's !
Today, we’re recognizing two incredible community partners making a real difference in the fight against food insecurity in Ottawa:
🎷 Phoenix Big Band sold out their show at the NAC 4th Stage, raising $3,700.
🍳 BGO Properties hosted tenants at 50 O’Connor for a complimentary breakfast and raised $1,767.05 through suggested donations in support of the Ottawa Food Bank.
Thank you to both of these groups for their generosity and community spirit! We are extremely grateful for your support.

Aujourd’hui, nous soulignons deux incroyables partenaires communautaires qui font une réelle différence dans la lutte contre l’insécurité alimentaire à Ottawa :
🎷 Phoenix Big Band a présenté un spectacle à guichets fermés au NAC, amassant 3 700 $.
🍳 BGO a accueilli les locataires du 50 O’Connor pour un déjeuner gratuit et a recueilli 1 767,05 $ grâce à des dons suggérés, au profit de la Banque d’alimentation d’Ottawa.
