Setting boundaries is an important part of protecting your mental and emotional well-being.
Boundaries help create clarity in relationships, reduce stress, and allow you to communicate your needs in a healthy and respectful way. They can look different for everyone, whether it’s taking time for yourself, setting limits around responsibilities, or expressing what you need from others.
Learning to set and maintain boundaries is a skill that grows over time.
If you need extra support, FSO’s counselling and programs are here for you.

We often show kindness and understanding to others but struggle to offer the same to ourselves.
Self-compassion means recognizing that it’s okay to have difficult moments, to make mistakes, and to not have everything figured out. Speaking to yourself with patience and understanding can help reduce stress and support your overall well-being.
It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being kind to yourself along the way.
If you need extra support, FSO’s counselling and programs are here for you.
