Now that the campaign has come to a close, I want to sincerely thank the incredible Conservative team here in Ottawa—Vanier—Gloucester.

Being your candidate was one of the greatest honours of my life. I'm deeply grateful to my family, friends—new and old—for their unwavering support. I am especially thankful to my wife, Iris, who stood by me through it all.

Together, we ran the strongest Conservative campaign this riding has ever seen. Over 100 volunteers from all walks of life came together to put Canada first and bring common sense back to government.

We fought hard to make life more affordable, communities safer, and to restore the promise of this country. While the result wasn’t what we hoped for, we introduced thousands to a real alternative and laid the foundation for lasting change.

As Margaret Mead said, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.” Let’s carry that spirit forward.

Congratulations on her re-election. I extend my best wishes to her, her team, and supporters.
