United for change The Retirees Council was formed on Nov. , 2013 by CWA/SCA , one of Canada's oldest media unions, formerly known as TNG Canada/CWA.
The union has grown to include workers in other fields; among them interpreters/translators, information technologists, light industry workers and social services providers, belonging to 27 Locals across the country.
