Either in my professional life or in my personal life, I make an effort to support various communities. Each year my Firm collects and donates christmas gifts for the foster children through the Elgin Street Courthouse Angel Program each year, provides a free legal information clinic for LGBT youth here in Ottawa, provides reduced rates for wills and estate planning for people living with HIV/AIDS, and this year I participated in the Canadian Cancer Society's Free Will Month. In my personal life, I am a member of an organization that is sponsoring the resettlement gay refugees here in Ottawa, and raising money for Multiple Sclerosis through participating in the annual MS Bike Ride from Ottawa to Cornwall.
