Community puzzle challenge!
Can we finish this Halloween puzzle before Halloween next weekend?! Pop by and give us a hand! 👻🎃⚰️🧛‍♂️🧟‍♂️

Our Tumblebook for October is ‘Ogre fun' by Loris Lesynskion.
Read this month’s story on our free e resource “Tumblebooks” and join in with our themed slug on toast craft! Pop by the library for a take and make kit!
You will need: -
☆ Egg carton ☆ Scissors ☆Markers ☆Hot glue ☆Toast colouring sheet
Instructions: -
1.Colour two egg cups, triangle spikey bit and two flat smaller pieces of the egg carton.
2. Glue the two egg cups together on one side.
3. Glue on the triangle spikey bit onto one end to form tail.
4. Cut two small spoon shapes out of the flat pieces and add eye detail.
5. Glue one either side of the first egg cup to form eye stalks.
6. Colour the toast colouring sheet.
7. Add slug! And you’re all done

This was a little tougher than we first thought, but we finally finished it! :)

This month's Kid’s craft corner is a Ghost craft! (We have a few take and make kits at the library)
You will need: -
☆ Foam ball☆ 9x9in piece of felt ☆ Clear stretch cord ☆ Markers ☆ Scissors Instructions: -
1. Cut out a 9x9 square of white felt.
2. Place foam ball into middle of felt.
3. Gather up the corners of the felt around foam ball.
4. Wrap cord around the felt, under the foam ball to hold in place. (Tie a couple of knots to be sure.
5. Using markers draw on the eyes and mouth.
6. Tie the other ends of the cord together to form a loop!
Hang up your ghostie ready for Halloween!
