It’s heartbreaking to think that this world has painted these animals as monsters… when in reality, they’re anything but. We can coexist on this earth. Please choose kindness ❤️

Update: the two baby rat trap skunks in the care of Another Chance Wildlife were taken to the in Caledon this week. One had to be euthanized due to the severe damage to the bones in its leg, which could not be repaired well enough to provide full usage of the foot and to prevent chronic pain for the rest of its life. Skunks need both front feet to feed themselves in the wild as they dig for bugs and grubs to feed themselves. The other needed a toe amputated and is back with us recovering well on pain meds and antibiotics. It will be closely monitored to ensure usage of that foot before considering release back to the wild. Thank you to Dr. Nelissa for your expertise!

I appreciate everyone's comments and suggestions. I understand how cell phones work. I have had one for 40 years. I have switched phones many times. I have 3 Google accounts. I pay for Cloud storage. I and others have tried everything already in the past 4 days. Something didn't work correctly. The phone bills do not tell me people's names. I do 95% of my communication through text. I have had 136 voicemails in a single day. Literally thousands of incoming calls a month. I am trying the only way I can right now to reconnect those numbers of actual people that help. I'm sorry, I don't have time to answer everyone individually.
I need everyone's help. If you've volunteered, transported, helped me in any way, please text me your name, phone number, town, and how you've offered help to 413-275-9462.
You may have seen my post. The rescue phone crashed and died Thursday. It was too old, and we couldn't get any of the contact information off of it. I am dead in the water without those phone numbers!
I have current, weekly volunteers, and I have no way of reaching them! Janeia, I only have your old phone number, Monica, Deb..... I need your help this week! I can't reach any of you!
PLEASE reach out to me ASAP. I have no one scheduled this week at all. I need my normal morning people! Please text me! I'm begging you all!
Because this is a page and not a group, Facebook isn't letting me tag everyone! I hate that option, but I have no way to reach you all!
Please TEXT me your information!

FOX IN NEED OF HELP
We received a call about a young fox that appears to possibly have mange similar to the image below. He was originally seen on Elm Line just east of Centennial in St. Thomas (towards Aylmer) but unfortunately hasn’t been spotted since. We can help him if we can catch him and that’s where we need your help. If you are in that area or passing through please keep your eyes peeled and if you see him please call us IMMEDIATELY at 519-868-1937. If we don’t pick up leave a detailed message.
Please don’t approach him as you will likely just scare him off. Observe any details and a photo would help us assess his condition.
