We are excited to introduce Walk & Write workshops, where participants join our Writer in Residence, , on a journey that awakens every sense and explores how perception shapes and refines our stories.

Together, participants will draw on medicine wheel & moss bag teachings, as well as storytelling traditions, to spark curiosity and find balance on their creative journey.

Each workshop begins with an in-class introduction, then transitions into unguided walk to find inspiration and insight. We wrap up each event with an indoor workshop and a sharing session.

Our Walk & Write events will have the following themes:

Oct 18: “Treasure Hunt” - observation and wordplay
Oct 24: “Into the Forest” - poetry and sharing
Oct 31: “Practically Magic” - hauntings & the mystery of short stories
