Hello everyone!

Join us for our upcoming parenting class, Active Parenting: First Five Years. This evidence-based course goes over the first five years of child development, including ages and stages, how to build a strong bond, and positive discipline techniques.

Session 1: Tuesday, November 3 from 10:00am - 11:30am
Session 2: Tuesday, November 10 from 10:00am - 11:30am
Session 3: Tuesday, November 17 from 10:00am - 11:30am
Session 4: Tuesday, November 24 from 10:00am - 11:30am

Join us tomorrow, Thursday, October 22 for The Baby Bunch!

The Baby Bunch takes place every Thursday afternoon from 12:00pm to 2:00pm and is open to children ages 0-2. This is an opportunity for parents and caregivers of younger children to enjoy the Drop-In space in a quieter, infant-focused environment.

Older siblings are welcome to attend and no registration is necessary.

Join us on Friday, October 30 at 10:00am for some Halloween Fun!

There will be crafts, treats, and themed activities. Costumes are encouraged, and we have extras for anyone who needs to borrow a costume for the duration of the party.

This takes place during our Drop-In hours and no registration is required! Come get spooky with us 🎃

Join us TODAY, Wednesday, October 21 at 10:30am for a visit with Talk With Me ASD-S

Speech Language Pathologist Susan Pope will be at the Kings County Family Resource Centre and is able to perform hearing tests on-site, as well as address concerns with speech and language.

Talk With Me offers a wide variety of services, and they are able to refer to outside professionals, which is a great way to get connected with more resources and support.

This program takes place during our regular Drop-In hours, and no registration is necessary.

Thank you to everyone who came to Cooking With Kids today. We had so much fun making smoothies together, the children were able to choose their own fruits and vegetables and they were very proud of their delicious creations!

The Kings County Family Resource Centre is open for Drop-In tomorrow, Wednesday, October 21st from 9am-1pm, and there is a craft scheduled for 10:00am
