Members spent their weekend pushing themselves to their limits and beyond. Clerisy Safety delivered a Firefighter Rescue and Survival course. An extremely physical course which was very well received. Highly recommend the work of Clerisy Safety as well.

Surplus truck tender announcement 📢🚛
2000 Ford F550, 4X4, 4 door Lariat

Mileage: 169749 km
Engine: 7.3 litre Powerstroke Diesel
Transmission: 6 speed manual.

Condition: very good, very little corrosion, tires are 75% or better. Truck runs and operates as it should.

This unit has a reserve bid of $10,000 CAD.
HST will not be charged by the department but will be applied by the registry of motor vehicles when ownership title is changed.

Bids will be accepted up until 12:00 am October 14, 2026.

The successfull bidder will be contacted on October 15, 2026. The successful bid will be determined by the department. The successful bidder will have 24 hours to present payment in the form of bank draft or certified cheque made out to Tatamagouche Voluntary Fire Department. If payment is not made in that time, the department will chose another bidder.

Bids can be placed in a sealed envelope labeled F550 BID. Indicate your bid amount and provide contact information.
