It is with great sadness to share that today we lost one of our champions for Tibet in Ottawa Mr Dean; he and his family have participated with our team to campaign for Tibet cause every year. We send our deepest condolences to Mr Dean family - Om mani Padme Hum

10th March 2026 marks the 67 years of Tibetans resistance, resilience, and fight for freedom against the oppression and repression committed to illegal occupied Tibet by Communist Chinese Party.

On November 5, 2025, Tibetans organized a peaceful protest against illegal mining in the Zhachu area of Tibet. Reports indicate that Chinese authorities detained and tortured approximately 80 Tibetans, and that seven individuals are still missing.
