✨ LAST NIGHT ✨

What a beautiful evening celebrating the design ideas of community members, local artists and youth!

We were so honoured when and asked us to be a part of their 2021 Design Competion. Inspiring youth came together to reimagine the Barns playground to be more accessible and inclusive for all ages. The designs were truly incredible!

We wanted to say a BIG thank you to for their partnership and bringing our dreams for the space to life! Your dedication to youth design thinking, leadership and mentorship is incredible ❤️

So what’s next for our beloved playground you ask…

Community consultations led by the city and our leader are soon upon us in the next couple months 🙏🏻👏🏼 Stay tuned! Friends of Wychwood Barns Park will also continue to work with the project manager to make sure all of our collective goals are being met 😊 Raise your hand if you’re excited!! 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏻
