Sparrow Sparrow is a purpose-driven homesharing platform and community. Live better together. The global pandemic made it clear that home is more important than ever.

Not only the place but, and more importantly, the people we share a home with. Unfortunately for many Canadians, the pandemic has also deepened two parallel crises — housing affordability and loneliness. A closer look at our existing housing supply reveals that there are over 12 million empty bedrooms across Canada. We have an opportunity and responsibility to reimagine how we use and share our housing space. Read our reviews! https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/sparrowshare.com

Moving to Canada for school is already uncertain enough. Finding safe, verified housing shouldn't add to that stress.

Big news: Sparrow is growing! 🐦

Please join us in welcoming Richa Joshi, B.Arch, MBA, our new Director of Partnerships.

Richa is building the partner channels (colleges, employers, settlement organizations and community groups) that connect more Canadians to the homes we already have. Because Canada's not short on bedrooms. It's short on the partnerships that connect people to them.

Is your organization interested in partnering with Sparrow? Visit us at sparrowshare.com

Welcome, Richa!

Orientation day at Georgian College was a good reminder of the role Sparrow plays in this community. As one of Georgian's official housing partners, we're here to make sure students have a real place to land near campus, not just a listing. We spent the day meeting students who are still searching for housing, connecting with the Georgian College housing team, and catching up with one of our own members already settled in.

If you're a Georgian student looking for housing near campus, here's where to start: https://sparrowshare.com
