We will not stop.

That was my message to the Police Association of Ontario at their Annual Banquet in Windsor.

Under Premier ’s leadership, our government will always have the backs of the brave men and women who wear the flash and work every day to protect Ontario and keep our communities safe.

It was a pleasure to meet with and the Alberta justice delegation today.

Ontario and Alberta share a strong commitment to protecting our communities, supporting law enforcement, and keeping Canadians safe.

We had a productive discussion on our shared public safety priorities and the importance of continuing to work together to deliver real results for the people of both provinces.

A true Queen’s Park tradition.

Great to welcome the to Queen’s Park for their annual BBQ and advocacy day.

Together, we celebrated Ontario’s strong beef industry and the hardworking farmers across our province who help put food on tables every day.

Toronto is safer today.

Last night I was proud to witness 85 exceptional individuals join the family.

Seeing these new officers receive their badge and take their oath is a powerful reminder of the dedication it takes to serve this city. These constables carry forward a proud tradition of keeping our communities safe, and they do so with the full support of our government behind them.

To every graduate and your families: congratulations. The sacrifices you’ve made to get here matter, and the work ahead is some of the most meaningful there is. Our government will always have your backs.

Today, I introduced bold measures that will help communities and keep streets safe.

If passed, the Protecting Ontario’s Streets and Communities Act, 2026 will:
✅ Protect transit riders by cracking down on illegal drug use on transit
✅ Improve protections for victims of human trafficking
✅ Strengthen oversight of the towing and private security industries
✅ Give law enforcement stronger tools to keep communities safe

It’s week seven at the Legislature!

Today, I’ll be tabling our spring justice package.

This legislation is yet another reaffirmation of our government’s commitment to public safety and a tangible step toward delivering on our promise to protect Ontario.

Esti has been missing for over 7 days. Our Toronto Police Service and the Toronto Police Association has been working around the clock together with Shomrim Toronto to bring her home safely to her family.

If anyone has any information that might assist the Toronto Police Service, please contact the dedicated hotline: (647) 355-4148, as soon as possible. Please report any information.

I want to also acknowledge the overwhelming support of our community across the City and help from of Rockland, Monsey, New York, who has been indispensable in trying to find Esti.

I am proud to acknowledge the month of May as Jewish Heritage Month.

Our strong Jewish community traces its roots to the four corners of our province since the earliest days of Confederation, with pride and with a sense of gratitude to and .

Now, more than ever, the values that bind us together are represented by our diversity and by people of many faiths who are free, in this country, to worship peacefully in unity and in friendship.
