Yesterday, I joined U.S. Consul General Baxter Hunt to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Canada and the United States are the closest of allies. Together, we are stronger as proud neighbours and enduring partners, united by our shared commitment to freedom, democracy and the rule of law.

It was a privilege to reaffirm the deep friendship and partnership between our two countries alongside our American friends.

Ciao a tutti!

Wishing everyone celebrating a happy Italian Heritage Month.

Ontario is home to a strong and vibrant Italian community whose members have made immeasurable contributions to our province and continue to enrich our communities each and every day.

We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate and experience the rich culture, traditions and heritage of Italian Canadians here in Ontario.
Wishing everyone a wonderful month of celebration.

I was proud to join at Queen’s Park for the 3rd annual Filipino Heritage Month celebration.

is the proud home to our Little Manila in Bathurst and Wilson, Taste of Manila, and one of the largest and strongest Filipino communities in Canada. For generations, Filipino-Ontarians have helped build our province through faith, family, hard work, service, and leadership.

As an honorary Knight Commander of the Knights of Rizal, I will always stand proudly with Ontario’s Filipino community. Together with Premier and our caucus, may you continue to go from strength to strength.

Partnership drives policing.

That was my message at the Annual Conference in Niagara Falls.

Keeping Ontario safe requires strong partnerships between government, police leaders, frontline officers and police service boards. Our government remains unwavering in its support for law enforcement, backing them with the tools, resources and legislative changes they need to protect Ontario and the communities they serve.

Thank you to the OACP and Ontario’s policing community for your continued leadership, service and commitment to public safety.

We’re finishing strong.

As the spring session at Queen’s Park draws to a close, I’m reflecting on a transformative eight weeks. We’ve introduced practical legislation to protect Ontario’s economy and keep our communities safe, including Bill 119, the Protecting Ontario’s Streets and Communities Act.

As I mark the fourth anniversary of my election, I remain as grateful as ever for the trust the people of York Centre have placed in me. It is a privilege to serve them, and I will continue working every day to deliver results for our community and for Ontario.

We will not stop.

That was my message to the Police Association of Ontario at their Annual Banquet in Windsor.

Under Premier ’s leadership, our government will always have the backs of the brave men and women who wear the flash and work every day to protect Ontario and keep our communities safe.

It was a pleasure to meet with and the Alberta justice delegation today.

Ontario and Alberta share a strong commitment to protecting our communities, supporting law enforcement, and keeping Canadians safe.

We had a productive discussion on our shared public safety priorities and the importance of continuing to work together to deliver real results for the people of both provinces.

A true Queen’s Park tradition.

Great to welcome the to Queen’s Park for their annual BBQ and advocacy day.

Together, we celebrated Ontario’s strong beef industry and the hardworking farmers across our province who help put food on tables every day.
