Not 1 single good review in years and hilariously the only "positive" review states he had to keep fighting them to get them to do something.... how is that a positive experience LOL

Meet the Piggy Clown Puppet:
Stephen Leach 🐷🤡

Stephen Leach is a lawyer who "oversees" the police.

When an officer does something illegal or wrong and you complain - they will fight you and drag it out longer than 6months. They actually have their own friends at the station "investigate" LOLz!

So you have to launch a complaint through the OIPRD. They claim it's not through a cop this time so it's totally fair *wink wink*

Then through the trash the great Piggy Clown Puppet Stephen Leach appears, blood dripping from his lips and he sneers in a Gollum voice:

"I won't look at your complaint, it's been over 6months my precious".

Then he crawls back into his hole until Groundhog Day or w/e the f**k it is that he even does.

Ontarian's should know that everytime a cop gets away with an injustice - it's bc the Piggy Clown Puppet Stephen Leach let them do it.
