181 years ago today, the Fatel Razack docked in Trinidad, bringing the first shipment of indentured workers to the country.
Today we honour their legacy and contributions but we also pay tribute to their dignity, resilience and determination.

The Grace Junior Chef Challenge is an exciting showcase of young culinary talent, where creativity meets bold Caribbean flavor.
Youth chefs will present original, island-inspired dishes using signature Grace ingredients, bringing their culture and imagination to life on the plate. Taking place at Mel Lastman Square, this high-energy event is part of the Island Eats Food and Travel Festival on June 13. Expect vibrant flavours, fresh ideas, and a fun, interactive experience as the next generation of chefs take the spotlight!
