The Graduate School of Korean Studies at the Academy of Korean Studies, a public institution under the Ministry of Education of Korea, is recruiting new students for the 2026 and 2027 Special Admissions as follows.

■ Degree Programs: Master’s Program or Doctoral Program
■ Fields of Study: 13 majors in Korean-related humanities and social sciences
■ Scholarships for International Students and Overseas Koreans
- Full tuition waiver for the entire study period for all admitted students
- 15 newly admitted students will receive a Korean Government Study Scholarship for 1 year, including a monthly living stipend of 800,000 KRW
■ Online Application Period
- 2026 Fall Special Admission (Admission Date: September 1, 2026): March 9, 2026 – March 20, 2026
- 2027 Spring Special Admission (Admission Date: March 1, 2027): August 31, 2026 – September 11, 2026
