Mayor Ford says BIXI's troubles unfortunate, wants to look into deal with city BIXI Toronto still owes the city $3.9-million after two years of operation
So it seems like Jarvis lanes are going to die. But maybe for me the most shocking part was that Ana Bailao, councillor for ward 18, a ward with really higher ridership, voting for the removal of Jarvis.

In light of the bike lane removals and what potentially be a new "take the whole car lane if they don't give me a bike lane" movement, here is an article on the legality of bicycles taking the full lane.
