Why does this month matter?

▫️Decolonizing spaces and allowing young people to feel, seen, valued and heard is why this month matters

▫️In leiu of The Super Bowl halftime show creating so much controversy I feel like the aforementioned is one huge piece of the conversation that's missing

▫️Our young people want to feel like they matter and allowing EVERYONE to share what makes them proud is important and how we learn to share space, include other stories and narratives that are traditionally missing

As an administrator, community organizer or supper staff imagine a space where young people feel safe, inspired and their eyes light up because of engaging programming
