Conservation Architecture and Heritage Planning: Conservation, Restoration and Revitalization My name is Pourya. I received my Ph.D.
in Urban Regeneration and Conservation from Sapienza University of Rome in 2013 and my master is in Architecture. My overarching research interests involve downtown and inner city planning, heritage conservation, heritage planning and redevelopment of existing urban structures. I have worked on a wide range of heritage projects in different contexts: Iran, Italy and Canada. I am currently working at Heritage Preservation Services of City of Toronto as a Heritage Planner.
