All parents/guardians with children at Regal Road PS are eligible to be elected for the School Council.

Regal Road School Council is made up of up to 25 parent/caregiver volunteers. The Council supports the school by organizing many events and activities which in the past have included regular pizza days, a book club for parents/caregivers, large events like WinterFest and Spring Fair and many other activities. Often these initiatives raise money that go towards supporting classroom enrichment such as guest speakers, field trips and purchases of classroom equipment, tools and technology.

School Council meetings take place 6 times a year and the first meeting will be October 8th, 2025 @6:30pm

Join Regal Road Junior Public School to celebrate 45 years of hope, courage, and determination inspired by Terry Fox. His Marathon of Hope ignited a movement that continues to grow stronger every year and this year, we’re honouring Terry’s legacy with a deep commitment to inclusion and accessibility.
Please join us in the community or in our yard to cheer us on during our run times:
9:45 - 10:25am (Junior community run)
11:30 - 11:50 (Kindergarten run - Regal soccer field)
1:40 - 2:20pm (Primary community run)
We are also reaching out for any parent volunteers to support student safety during our community walk/run with the following locations: (please reach out to Sarah Youngs at [email protected] if you are available).
