The Aboriginal Labour Force Development Circle (ALFDC) is launching the Indigenous Mobile ID Van.


This initiative is designed to support Indigenous-identifying individuals in obtaining essential identification and documentation, including but not limited to:

Passport
Birth Certificate
Indigenous Status (registrations and renewals)
Band letter
Metis verification
Inuit verification
Income supports (SIN, CPP, OW, OAS, GIS, etc)
Other forms of ID that assist in accessing housing and related services.


The first clinic will be on Wednesday June 18, 2025, from 11:00am – 2:00pm. It will be parked on the Parliament Street side.

Greetings everyone! We hope everyone had a wonderful New Years🎉and we would like to welcome you to January's 2024 programming🙂A new Technology Class will be introduced on Wednesdays, from 11am-1pm, starting on the 24th. It will cover how to navigate and optimize smartphone and tablet use. If you have any further questions about the Tech Class, please contact Errol in the education department at Council Fire. His contact info is available on the side of the January calendar. Good Luck to everyone this year, and we look forward to sharing your learning journeys with you!

Hello everyone! Welcome to our November programming, you will find two new additions to the calendar- there is a Technology Class (still pending), that will be held on Wednesdays. Time and content yet to be announced. And an Office Administration Day on Fridays, where booking an appointment to meet with staff is recommended. We will keep you updated on any changes🙂
