Queen's University Liberal Association

QULA had the opportunity to attend this year’s Ontario Liberal Party AGM. It was great to be together with our members past and present.

This summer, QULA members had the opportunity to gain meaningful experience across public policy, government, non-profit initiatives, and research. Whether through internships in provincial and federal politics, involvement in community leadership, or contributions to academic and policy-driven projects, our members deepened their understanding of political processes and developed valuable skills in analysis, communication, and advocacy.
As we return to campus this fall, QULA is excited to build on these experiences by fostering thoughtful dialogue, engaging students in political life, and creating opportunities for leadership at the provincial and federal level. The knowledge and perspectives gained over the summer will directly inform our work this year, strengthening our mission to connect Queen’s students with politics beyond the classroom.

QULA had an incredible week at Queen’s in the Park and Tri-Colour Open House! We’re so excited to be back on campus and to connect students with politics at both the provincial and federal level. A huge thank you to MPP Ted Hsu for stopping by and engaging with students. We can’t wait to get started on an exciting year ahead!
