Following our recent post regarding balcony use and storage, we would like to clarify that items stored on balconies may pose a fire safety risk.
*Balcony clutter is considered a fire hazard and may result in fines issued by Toronto Fire Services.
For safety reasons, balconies are not to be used for storage. Items such as bikes, tires, boxes, and other stored belongings must be removed.

To ensure the parking garage remains organized and compliant, please confirm that all vehicles and license plate numbers are properly registered with the management office.
If you pay for one parking pass, only one registered vehicle is permitted in the parking garage.
Please also ensure that:
- Your vehicle displays a valid license plate
- Your vehicle is actively is not left covered in dust
Please note that Precise ParkLink, in coordination with a bailiff, will be enforcing parking regulations.
*Any unregistered or non-compliant vehicles will be removed at the vehicle owner’s expense.*
