James Town Youth Council is a group of young people from St. James Town who meet on a monthly basis to plan opportunities for bettering their community. YSM (Yonge Street Mission) supports the Council by offering administrative support through an adult advisor and also by granting them an annual budget which we oversee and use as they see fit to accomplish their mandate. The St James Town Youth Council is continuing with their awards program to provide financial support to students from St James Town who have been outstanding youth leaders in communities across the city. ON MARCH 20th from 5-7 pm we will be holding a coffeehouse fundraiser at 306 Gerrard Street East. PLEASE COME OUT AND HELP US RAISE ENOUGH MONEY TO PROVIDE THIS AWARD!
