Adam House has been blessed by the diligence & passion of Shelliann, a placement student who spent the past 8 months working alongside and learning from our settlement team.

Shelliann shared that her, “Social Service Work placement at Adam House has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. As part of the Settlement team, I had the honour of walking alongside refugees, helping them navigate their new environment and find their footing. I came to learn, but I leave having received far more than I gave. Adam House, thank you — I don’t just feel like I completed a placement, I feel like I found a family.”
