This June, RUBIES is throwing a free Pride party at Lawren Harris Park in Toronto – and all families are welcome.

Join us on Saturday, June 6 from 12 to 3 PM for an afternoon of celebration featuring free pizza and drinks, RUBIES clothing samples, and a special live circus cabaret performance. You'll even get to meet Cat, the designer behind RUBIES' form-fitting swimwear and underwear for trans girls and gender-diverse youth.

This event is open to all families with trans, non-binary, and gender-creative kids and their allies.

Lumenus was proud to both attend and help organize the 31st Annual Continuum Conference of Services for Adolescents Who Have Engaged in Sexually Abusive Behaviour – held in person for the first time since before the pandemic.

This year's theme, Coming Together to Make Connections in this Virtual World, brought together service providers to explore how gaming, anime, and media intersect with youth sexual behaviour, and wrapped up with the Good Lives Model – a strengths-based approach to rehabilitation and treatment.

A wonderful two days of connection, learning, and meaningful conversation with dedicated professionals across the sector. We are already looking forward to next year.

Big moment for our team. CEO Andrew Obee had the honour of meeting the Prime Minister at , where Lumenus employees do incredible work supporting youth mental health every day. Proud doesn't begin to cover it.

Big News! Lumenus' own Christina Hoy, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, will be a featured panelist at the XP Game Summit in Toronto on May 22nd!

Christina will be part of an exciting panel – "Renaissance of Business in Health Care and the Video Game Sector" (11:30 AM - 12:15 PM) – bringing together health care and social services leaders with Toronto's creative sector to explore how we can work together to build games that create real health outcomes and economic impact for Canadians.

The panel will dig into what it actually takes to make this collaboration work: navigating financing, connecting with patients, and designing together from the start.
