Kits-Cat He's a popular cat with as many names: Darky,Wily, Stuart, Spike, Pepper, Blackie, or Lucifer, as he has fans and caregivers. Much gratitude from Kits-Cat!

He is the least home-less stray cat to ever exist - so loved! Our beloved neighbourhood cat has recently suffered a major injury to his right rear ACL and meniscus. This type of injury rarely happens in cats, but when it does it is usually the result of trauma in the form of high impact. The best guess we have is that he jumped from a high place and landed too hard on that leg. His mobility and safety would have been permanently compromised without surgery. We are excited to report that we raised enough money to help him have the operation and care he needed! His surgery was completed successfully on Friday September 7th at the Vancouver Feline Hospital.Thank you so much to all of his very kind supporters! You can continue to follow his journey to recovery on this page.
