🚨 WE’RE HIRING – ADMINISTRATOR 🚨

Regional Fire & Security Systems is looking for a reliable and highly organized Administrator to join our growing Fire & Life Safety company.

📍 Location: Vaughan, ON
💼 Position: Full-Time – In Office
💰 Pay: $20 – $28 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule technicians and coordinate service calls
• Prepare reports and administrative documentation
• Data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping in QuickBooks Online
• Maintain and update office policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain organized filing systems
• Keep Health & Safety documentation current and compliant
• Assist with HR-related administrative duties
• Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements

✔ Strong Excel skills are a must
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ QuickBooks Online experience required
✔ Previous administrative experience
✔ Strong time management and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
✔ High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
✔ Fire alarm / life safety industry experience is an asset
