Participating locations will be handing out treats, with live music, fun characters in costume and activities in Waterloo Public Square. The first 100 visitors to the Uptown Waterloo BIA tent (corner of King and William) will also receive a free tote to help you trick or treat!

We’re excited to share this years picnic tables as part of the Neighbourhood Picnic Table Program! 🎨🧺

What started in 2021 as a partnership between CreateWaterloo and the City of Waterloo Neighbourhoods team has grown into a program featuring 68 vibrant tables by 52 artists across 17 neighbourhood parks.

Each picnic table is on display for up to 3 years, giving residents the chance to enjoy a rotating collection of colourful, artist-painted picnic tables throughout Waterloo.
