Locked Out of Life No More.

On June 16, the public release of the Integrated Adult Services (IAS) Report drew major media coverage, and it confirmed what our community has said for years: Manitoba’s system is failing people, and the harm is real.

The report calls for 13 major reforms, starting with a full systems wide overhaul. Its message is clear: no more arbitrary barriers based on age, postal code, program stream, or how someone acquired their disability.
